This Privacy Policy explains how Aircon Crew Pte Ltd (“Aircon Crew”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, protects and retains personal data when you visit airconcrew.sg, contact us, request a quotation, make a booking or use our air-conditioning services in Singapore.

1. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details, such as your name, telephone number, email address and preferred contact method.
• Service and property details, such as the service address, property type, air-conditioning system details, access instructions, photographs, fault descriptions and requested appointment times.
• Transaction and service records, such as quotations, bookings, invoices, payment status, transaction references, warranty records and communications about work performed.
• Communications sent through our website, email, telephone, WhatsApp or social-media channels.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie identifiers and security logs.

Please do not send us unnecessary sensitive information. If you provide personal data about another person, you should have authority to do so and inform that person of this Policy.

2. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data directly from you, from a person making a booking on your behalf, during an inspection or service visit, and automatically when you use our website. We may also receive relevant information from property managers, contractors, payment or communications providers, and other parties involved in fulfilling your request.

3. How we use personal data

We may use personal data to:

• respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm appointments and provide requested services;
• contact you about scheduling, access, service progress, payment, warranties and after-service support;
• diagnose faults, maintain service histories and improve service quality and safety;
• process and reconcile payments, issue invoices and maintain accounting and business records;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our website and communications systems;
• detect or prevent fraud, misuse, safety incidents and unlawful activity;
• comply with legal, regulatory, insurance and dispute-resolution requirements; and
• send service reminders or marketing communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law. You may opt out at any time.

We will notify you of any new purpose and obtain consent where required before using your personal data for a materially different purpose.

4. Consent and withdrawal

If a data breach occurs, we will assess it and take reasonable containment and remedial steps. Where the PDPA requires notification, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals within the required timeframes.

11. Third-party services and links

Our website may link to WhatsApp, social-media platforms, maps, payment services or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for content or practices outside our control.

12. Children’s personal data

Our services are intended for adults who can arrange access to a property. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If we learn that a child provided personal data without appropriate authorisation, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where required.
