1. Chemical Cleaning

Chemical cleaning is beneficial in eliminating accumulated dirt within the air conditioner unit, which can impede its proper functionality over time. This process involves disassembling the air conditioner and thoroughly cleaning each component using a combination of water and cleaning agents, effectively removing stubborn stains, gathered dust, and grease. This meticulous cleaning ensures that the air conditioner functions almost as efficiently as when it was new, delivering clean and fresh air to prevent allergies and respiratory issues. Moreover, chemical cleaning aids in removing dust and dirt that may hinder heat conduction, thus maximizing the cooling effects.

It is recommended to schedule a chemical cleaning every 6 to 12 months or when you observe unpleasant odors, declining performance, leakage, or excessive noise from your air conditioner unit.

2. Overhaul Cleaning

Living in Singapore, where a tropical climate prevails, requires regular air conditioning maintenance to ensure a consistent supply of clean and cool air. An air conditioner chemical overhaul is a comprehensive cleaning and reconditioning process vital for optimal unit performance. It involves using chemicals to thoroughly clean components like filters, fan blades, drain pan, and the blower wheel, reducing allergy and breathing issues caused by accumulated dust and dirt. The Process

• Filters, blowers & ban blade will be dismantled and clean with chemical.
• The Evaporator Coils will be dismantled and clean with Chemical to prevent foul smell.
• Water Tray and Drainage pipes will be dismantled and cleaned with chemical to removed algae, dirt, mould, and gel.
• Technicians check the blower and fan motor are in optimal condition.
• Technicians will check and inspect your aircon system and will advise immediately if they found that your system has a problem.
• The warranty period for chemical wash is 60 days.
